There is no doubt that the audience have more power over the media because they can write what ever they want on the internet and social media so they don't have to go up to the person to talk about the tweet that they wrote to the person that was recording the video. The music industry changed massively because before back then when there was no internet you have to buy or rent music discs from the record shop that you went to than after you have to give it back in a certain amount of time if you rented the music discs and that certain amount of time wasn't very long because other people might had rented the same music discs at that day and that time .
